Shipping policy

Orders placed before noon Eastern Time on a day Engineering Concepts Unlimited Inc. is operating, generally Monday-Friday excluding holidays, may ship out the same day.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds for any online orders with the express exception of when Engineering Concepts Unlimited Inc. authorized staff voluntarily deems corrective action(s) necessary at the sole discretion of Engineering Concepts Unlimited Inc.

Engineering Concepts Unlimited Inc. shall not be held to any guarantee of shipment day nor time.

International Shipping
For international shipments to destinations outside the United States of America:

• All shipments depart via UPS shipping service.
• Once the shipment is picked up by UPS, Engineering Concepts Unlimited Inc. is no longer responsible for the the shipment, nor any risk associated with the shipment.
• The customer is responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes.
