INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international shipments to destinations outside the United States of America:

All shipments depart via UPS shipping service.

Once the shipment is picked up by UPS, Engineering Concepts Unlimited Inc. is no longer responsible for the the shipment, nor any risk associated with the shipment.

The customer is responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes.

Are your orders tax exempt?

If you're a returning tax exempt online store customer, you should be all set! Just verify that tax is $0.00 before placing your order.

If new, welcome! You might already notice tax is $0.00 for your order. If so, you're already good to go, no extra steps needed and no waiting.

If not, here are the 5 steps:

1. Leave the items in your cart but do not place order yet.

2. Create an online store account by clicking the person icon at the far top right of this page.

3. Write TAX EXEMPT in the order notes (click on the shopping bag at the far top right of this page).

4. E-mail your tax exemption certificate to us at sales@ecu-engine-controls.com.

5. Upon exemption approval, we'll invite you to complete your order. And, for all future orders your account will place orders tax exempt instantly - no waiting. Thanks!
